The average age of menopause in Australia is 51. However perimenopause or premenopause is the 5-10 year timeline prior to your last menstrual period. Perimenopause can begin as early as in your 30s, so it is never too early to start learning about peri and how to manage the symptoms.

    Symptoms can also persist after menopause. This stage, known as post-menopause can continue for 4 - 5 years and much of the advice you hear in the audio series is applicable to this stage too.
